Store Pickup


Store Pickup is available from Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

How long will the HQ hold my orders? 

Your orders should be picked up no later than 3 days from the date of your order. Failure to do so, your item will be returned back to our warehouse. If you would like it to be reshipped, do contact our customer service.


Delivery time

Local delivery via PosLaju or J&T Express or DHL Ecommerce delivery services will take 1-3 working days. International delivery via DHL Express will usually take 3-5 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.

Shipping status

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it's there! Orders made before 3 PM will be completed on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.

Order tracking

Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may also track the parcel at the courier's website.

Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day

Customs and import charges

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Coffee Star has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

Delivery Attempt for Local Order

Coffee Star Malaysia can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges. There will be 2 attempts made to deliver your parcel. If at all these 2 attempts fail, a note will be placed in your recipient’s mailbox for collection at delivery counter at the allocated PosLaju or J&T Express or DHL Ecommerce collection points.
